If you are from outside of the EEA and you are travelling to the UK on a temporary basis, you may need to apply for a visitor visa.

A visitor visa allows the holder to enter the UK for a maximum duration of 6 months in order to conduct a ‘permissible activity’.

Permissible activities include (but are not limited to): tourism and leisure, receiving private medical treatment and travel as an organ donor.

You must be able to demonstrate that you are travelling as a genuine visitor, i.e. that you will leave the UK at the end of your stay, that you are seeking entry for a purpose permitted by the visitor route, and that you can support yourself financially.

Please contact us to discuss this option further.
